Louis Vuitton Drouot Crossbody Review

Hey guys! I am continuing my review on vintage Louis Vuitton bags! And I am super excited to introduce one of my favorite crossbody bags. It is Drouot Crossbody!

Basics: 
Drouot’s resale price ranges from the high $400 to the low $700 depending on its condition.

In terms of shape, Drouot features a cylinder-like, bucket shape that is versatile and will fit into almost any style.
Also, it has a zipper top, a brown interior pocket, a solid bottom, and a long adjustable leather crossbody strap.

In terms of size, this bag comes in one size, and it can be a tad bit small if you plan to carry lots of things.
You can fit a cell phone. But you might have a hard time fitting in a long wallet because it gets stuck at the zipper top.
But you can always replace your long wallet with a cardholder or a compact wallet when using Drouot.

One more thing to note is that Drouot is a discontinued bag, so you can only find it in a resale market. When you look for this bag in the resale market, watch out for a worn strap, a sticky interior pocket, and a stained leather bottom.

In terms of accessibility, Drouot is a very easy bag to get in and out with its zipper top. But since its size run a bit small, it will require some organization on your part, such as using the compact wallet, to best utilize the bag.
Also, with its adjustable strap, Drouot can be worn by people in all heights.

Now, in terms of maintenance, we would rank Drouot as the highest maintenance bag out of the three bags we are recommending. This is mainly due to its leather bottom that is prone to water damage and due to its small size, people tend to stuff the bag with too many items and eventually damage it. 
But with its amazing versatility & unique one of a kind shapes, your extra care for the bag will be so so so worth it! 

Final Thoughts:
If you are looking for unique yet classic crossbody with easy accessibility, Drouot is perfect for you! However, if you tend to carry a lot of things, you should pass on this bag.
